Great Debate seminars are international seminars for experts on issues connected with European integration and Transatlantic security. They are organised since 1994 - normally in Paris, incidentally also in other European capitals. Participants include diplomats, high ranking civil servants, politicians, and representatives of NGOs, business and the military.
